BIG PLANS- Police Officer

I am very excited to bring you this segment of BIG PLANS today! Since the beginning of the year, my class has wanted to interview a police officer- and we finally did!

Sergeant Jones is an officer with the Chattanooga Police Dept. He specifically works with the SWAT team.

Sergeant Jones originally came to read to my class during Dr. Seuss week, but we were in the middle of Boot Camp for TCAP. He was nice enough to agree to coming back later in the day for my students to get their interviews! So, here we go!!

  2. What are some specific classes or skills you had to work on?
Part 1

 Part 2

5. What specific position do you hold in your company/ job?

  7. What is the starting salary for your profession?

Here are the pictures of the class wearing the equipment that was shown to them in question 4.
My students had a blast!

Thank you Sergeant Jones for coming in and spending time with General Delk's Army!
You made our day!
