Read 20- The Heart and the Bottle

Stuart Payne from Read 20 came to visit our 3rd graders today to share with them his love of books. You might remember him from last year. Check out {THIS} post.

This year he shared the book The Heart and the Bottle. I gotta say, this book was interesting. Of course, Mr. Payne showed students how to properly read the story; asking questions about the text, making inferences from the illustrations, forming a character analysis of the main character. It was wonderful! The story was a real heart-wrencher, so have Kleenex ready!
